Sinpro Fiberglass Welcomed Their Key Turkish Client For Fiberglass Mesh

On 18 Jan 2026, a sunny day, our factory had the great honor to welcome one of our biggest clients – Turkish stone distributors for glass fiber mesh. This visit not only strengthened our long - standing partnership but also opened up a new bright future for cooperation.

As a professional manufacturer of a wide range of glass fiber products, we mainly produce fiberglass alkaline resistant mesh, fiberglass self-adhesive drywall tape for EIFS system, and textile glass fiber wall covering which used for interior wall decoration.

This Turkish customer met with us three years ago at a trade fair. After a period of delivery of sample - making offer – delivery of big sample - counter offer, they placed a small trial order, not only to use by themselves but also dispatched to their users for trial. They were so impressed with our glass fiber marble mesh that they began placing regular orders one by one. In the past two years, their annual procurement volume has reached more than a dozen of 40’ high containers.

This mesh is used for marble slab backing reinforcement. As all know, Turkey is one of the largest producer and exporter of marble, so the consumption of marble accessories such as glass fiber mesh is huge. Different from construction field in Turkey, this field always needs high grade mesh. Our customer mostly purchase 56 grams and 75 grams with 9x7 counter per inch density, and the denser one 65g - 20x10, width from 60cm to 200cm and length mostly in 200m or 300m. This type of mesh has quite specific requirement. It needs to be soft, easy to unwind, flexible, and flat surface so that it can be combined perfectly with marble, without bubble or wrinkle. We weave 65g-20x10 with advanced air-jet looms, which were imported from Japan, so a flat & smooth fabric surface can be assured. To make it soft and flexible, we use high - end soft and elastic glue for coating, which makes the finished mesh to well fit for marble. Till present we got zero complaints since the beginning of our cooperation.

In our factory we offered our customer a comprehensive tour for our production process. Firstly they visited our workshop, from the 1st process to last one step by step: glass fiber drawing – warping – weaving - coating - slitting and packaging. Our skilled workers and advanced equipment left them good impression. Following the production tour, they visited our warehouse, where a sufficient amount of raw material & finished products to ensure timely delivery. After that, they went to our well - equipped laboratory, where our lab staff showed them how to sampling samples and how to test each item, so they got to know how we control our product strictly. For this kind of mesh, users care much about tensile strength, mass & density, positional property, surface flatness, etc.

Finally, we returned to the meeting room. The customer firstly thanked for our good cooperation and efficient work for the past orders. They emphasized that the high quality of our fiberglass mesh has significantly improved the performance of their stone products. Later, the customer also showed their strong interest in another type of mesh for stone back reinforcement – the bulked yarn mesh (with texturized weft yarn). Due to the bubbling of the weft yarn in this kind of mesh, the contact area between the yarn and the marble is bigger, allowing it to better adhere to the back of the stone. After a detailed exchange of views, we reached a preliminary agreement for adding this item to their purchase range.

In addition to glass fibre mesh, the customer also communicated their possible requirements for our fiberglass self-adhesive drywall tape. Although they haven’t dealt with this product before, but they would try to explore the market.
