Located in the core area of Beijing's CBD, a super high-rise office building with a total construction area of over 120,000 square meters commenced an interior upgrade and renovation project for its public areas and office spaces in early 2025. As a regional landmark, the building houses numerous Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions, placing extremely high demands on the quality, safety, and durability of the interior environment. In the material selection for wall finishes, the project owner clearly specified that the materials must meet Class A fire resistance standards, be mold and moisture resistant, and be washable, while also delivering a high-end decorative effect. Additionally, the construction process needed to minimize disruption to the tenants' office activities.
In response to this challenge, our domestic sales team recommended SINPRO textile decorative fiberglass wallcovering. This product, manufactured with coating machines imported from Germany, features a smooth and delicate surface that can be coated with various water-based paints to achieve rich textures and colors. At the same time, it inherently possesses the properties of fiberglass materials, including fire resistance (non-combustible), mold and mildew resistance, and impact resistance, perfectly meeting the project's requirements.
During the bidding, SINPRO wallcovering competed against several imported wallpapers, latex paints, and ordinary fabric wallcoverings. Following sample testing and comprehensive evaluation, SINPRO's achieved Class A non-combustible status in fire resistance tests, attained Grade 0 mold resistance, and withstood over 5,000 abrasion cycles without damage during washability tests. Furthermore, its unique fabric structure effectively conceals micro-cracks in the substrate, extending the decorative layer's service life. Consequently, the project owner recognized SINPRO wallcovering as the only wall material that simultaneously satisfied safety, durability, and aesthetic requirements, ultimately selecting it as the preferred solution.
During construction, SINPRO wallcovering employed a dry construction process, eliminating drying time and significantly shortening the project schedule. The material itself is odorless, allowing the space to be used immediately after installation, earning high praise from both the owner and the construction contractor. The entire wall finishing project, covering an area of 35,000 square meters, was successfully completed in August 2025. The renovated office spaces not only exude a refined, modern texture but also, thanks to the superior performance of the wall materials, have significantly enhanced the indoor environment's safety level and ease of maintenance.
This project represents another successful application of SINPRO glass fiber wall deco wallcover in the high-end commercial building sector, fully demonstrating the company's technical expertise and engineering experience in decorative fiberglass materials. Moving forward, SINPRO will continue to progress hand-in-hand with its customers with utmost sincerity, providing professional and reliable products and services for more high-quality construction projects.
